Paharpur Buddha Vihara

In the ancient time Buddhist Vihara was the most important link in between Southeast Asia and India. Buddhism entered from India due to cultural exchange and it was 5th century. After that it increased gradually. Pala Dynasty was witnessed in the 8th century and it continued until 12th century. The first king was Gopala. All these ended but you can still now find this place, it has become a great tourist spot.
